More about me

I took a Master's Degree in Translation of Language for Special Purposes in 2004, at Göteborg University.
After graduation I worked for 3.5 years as an in-house translator at a Swedish translation agency, which gave me lots of experience in my profession.
I have been working as a freelance translator since September 2011.

I am driven by the fact that I love to work with languages and get an outlet for my creativity as I write.
For me, some of the important things when working with a project is openness, honesty, commitment and interest. You should, in my opinion, be able to actually feel something for the text you work with!

I live with my family (wife and three children) at a small island outside Tjörn, on the west coast of Sweden. There I have my office, where I do all my translating work.

My other interests include listening to music and composing songs, reading and writing, board games, learning languages, travelling, and spending time with the family.
